‘Celebrating Excellence in Education and Training for the Oil and Gas Industry’

It’s that time of year again when the oil and gas community come together to recognise the progression of training and learning within the energy industry. Once again the Getenergy Awards will celebrate excellence in education and training for the oil and gas industry.

At this year’s Annual Getenergy Awards, we are pleased to announce a new award category: ‘Corporate Social Responsibility in Education’. In response to the increasing efforts of the oil and gas industry in supporting educational development programs in local communities, this award will be presented to an oil or gas company which has demonstrated particular success in their social responsibility to the local community through educational delivery.

The Getenergy Awards offer a high profile platform for the success stories that your efforts drive and provide a framework to measure, record and recognise world-beating achievement in 7 areas of critical importance to the global oil and gas business.

The awards will be presented at the Getenergy 2009 Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on the evening of March 23rd at One Whitehall Place in London.
